Come Join Us! Let's Bae~Cation Travel Group with Let's Be Social Events Group... We'll be hosting our 4TH ANNUAL DMV edition Roots Picnic Meetup in Philly to experience the 2-day Festival with the Roots and other special guest LIVE!

When: Friday, May 30th- Monday, June 2nd, 2025

Where: Our official accommodation is the Four Points by Sheraton City Center Philadelphia. This hotel is conveniently situated at 12th and Race Street, just a short stroll from Reading Terminal Market, Chinatown, the Philadelphia Convention Center, and numerous local dining and shopping options.

Pricing: Enjoy a special group rate of $159 per night (taxes not included).

Parking: Daily parking is available for $48 (with in-and-out privileges), or you can choose E-Z Park nearby for $30 per day or use Spot Hero.

All rooms must be booked by May 2nd.

Check-out and head home.

A $20 deposit is required for each event and will be fully refunded if you attend. Refunds will be processed at the conclusion of Roots Picnic weekend.
