Will it be Gi or No Gi?

This event will primarily focus on Gi training. Nonetheless, we will offer a few No Gi lessons for those who prefer that style.

Is it beginner friendly?

Certainly, the classes will cater to all skill levels, and to help you gain confidence in the techniques, black belts will be available to guide you through them.

Are there changing rooms available?

Yes, we have male and female changing rooms on site.
