RiverFest Camping & Adventure Weekend

• The weekend festivities will go on RAIN or SHINE!
• There is free parking available for all drivers.
• Please plan to arrive between 12:00 pm and 10:00 pm on Friday. If you need a later check-in time, please alert us in advance so we can coordinate with the camp staff.
• As alcohol is permitted for the weekend, you MUST BE at least 21 years old to join us.
• Waiver forms will be sent to everyone who wishes to raft and MUST be signed before you arrive at the campsite.
• We do have tents for rent, if necessary. Email us for availability and rental details.

All registrants who wish to take part in any activity organized or facilitated by Camping Noire must read and sign our electronic Camping Noire Release Agreement prior to participation.

If you do not wish to sign you will not be permitted to attend this event. This holds true for all attendees, Camping Noire members, guests, and the general public.

Are there refunds? How do transfers work?

We decided to write this as an aside to ensure everyone can view it. As a reminder, there are no refunds for camping tickets within 14 days of the event; however, original tickets are transferable to other people or future Camping Noire events (for up to 18 months) if you choose to keep them for yourself.

PLEASE KEEP THE FOLLOWING IN MIND BEFORE COMPLETING A TRANSFER REQUEST:

• Transfers and name changes are $25 per transfer.
• If you purchase/sell a ticket, it’s your responsibility to make sure the $25 fee has been paid, and the ticket is actually transferable.
• If you originally bought a transferred ticket or special promo ticket or won a free ticket, it is non-refundable or transferable to another event or person.

It's a fun-filled weekend full of music and games, and whether you are only interested in camping or want to increase your fun factor with an excursion, there is something for everyone.

NEVER BEEN CAMPING BEFORE? NO WORRIES, GIRL, WE GOT YOU! Our camping trips are perfect for beginners since we provide everything except your tent (although those are available for rent), bedding, and personal items.

This is an OPEN, POSITIVE, and INCLUSIVE environment, so whether an expert or beginner camper, bring your whole self (Like seriously, boos -- there is absolutely NO code-switching or Super Woman capes needed here. You can go ahead and leave those home!)! Whether you're tired of lusting over you're next adventure, looking to make new girlfriends, are looking to relax, network, or just mingle in the serenity of nature, Camping Noire's Weekend Wilderness Retreat is the sisterly nature getaway you've been looking for!

Outdoor activities are the centerpiece of this weekend. In addition to the RiverFest celebration, there are also opportunities for hiking and the option to participate in premier-style whitewater rafting.
