What should I bring?

A quiet space, comfortable clothing, and an open mind. If you’d like, you can have a notebook for reflections. Other optional props: yoga mat, pillows, and blankets.

  • TJ Halliday is a mental health coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and resilience educator specializing in science-backed, body-based approaches to stress recovery and well-being. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, she has spent over 14 years helping individuals regulate stress, manage burnout, and navigate life’s challenges with greater ease.
