For over two decades, Juliana and her husband, Carlos Amaya, have been at the forefront of the real estate industry, not only as investors but as educators and mentors to countless aspiring entrepreneurs. Their journey began in 2004 as realtors in New York and New Jersey, driven by a passion for helping families achieve homeownership. Over time, they transitioned from transactional real estate to long-term wealth building, investing in small multifamily properties and steadily expanding their portfolio.

By 2010, the couple made the bold decision to become full-time real estate investors, focusing on markets across New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, and Illinois. Their strategy evolved from self-managing their properties to large-scale syndication projects in Texas, Florida, and Illinois, diversifying their investments and scaling their impact. Today, their business has grown beyond buying and selling; it has become a mission to educate and inspire others to achieve financial freedom through real estate. Their daughter, Victoria, has joined the family business and not only assists clients in buying and selling homes, but also helps investors identify and maximize lucrative opportunities.

Together, they've launched "Hablemos de Real Estate," a podcast dedicated to empowering the Latino immigrant community with real estate education.
