Who should attend a REIA Social Meetup?

Anyone interested or involved with real estate investing. Rookies and Experts welcome! Landlords, Flippers, Wholesalers, Agents, Lenders, Contractors, Lawyers, Insurance Agents, Accountants, Designers, Product or Service Vendors, STR & MTR Hosts, or maybe you're just learning . Come on by!

How much does the event cost?

The events are free. We hope to keep it that way, so we kindly encourage you buy drinks and/or food to support the venues hosting us. But you're in no way required to.

Is there a speaker or a topic for the night?

No. Unlike other REIAs, "REIA Social" is a networking-only organization. There is no speaker or topic of the night.

Why do I need a ticket?

There is limited space at the venue, and tickets guarantee you a spot.

Is there free food and drinks?

No, but you are welcome to order drinks and food from the waitstaff serving our area. We encourage you to do so because supporting the restaurant will keep them welcoming us back again and again.

Can I come late or leave early?

Yes, swing by when you can. We're just a group of people standing around chatting real estate. There's no formal structure except for a round of introductions at about 7:20pm.
