Psychology of Food for you in 2025
Do you want to delve into the world of the Psychology of Food! Join us for a small group session (up to 5 people) to explore how our minds influence our eating habits, and what we can do as part of our healthier lifestyle.
You will be involved in sessions where we focus on learning, supportive discussions and personalised to everyone in the group. Wehn you sign up, you will have an online questionnaire and a phone call to discuss this with your session facilitator Rupa Chilvers.
This the first ofsix free 1 hour sessions run by a trainee Health Psychologist with supervision from a fully qualified and registered Health Psychologist.
