Nancy’s journey in the hair industry is driven by her belief that continuous learning and growth are the keys to success. This belief is not limited to her profession but extends to all aspects of life. Her passion for education began in 2002 when she embarked on her career as a hairdresser and developed a keen interest in hair colour. Joining L'Oréal in 2006, Nancy sought to quench her thirst for knowledge and explored various roles within the education department, gaining business insights and leading various educational initiatives. She honed her hair color expertise and became an educator, tailoring programs to meet the unique needs of salons. Her collaboration with Roch on Colour Mentoring and Colour Genius and their presentation at the Davines Village in Parma highlight her dedication to education. She aims to inspire other hairdressers and colourists to embark on their own journey of learning and mastery.
