Pitched Through Friends

Everyone says they want to meet someone "through friends," and we help make it happen. Join us to see 6 singles get pitched to a live audience by real friends who want to help them find love. In an era when dating feels isolated and unaccountable, endorsements from friends give us hope. It's our firm belief that even if you haven't found "your person" yet, you probably know great people who would be a match for someone else. This show is a celebration of love and friendship in all of their forms. Inspired by Tinder Disrupt!

How it works:
- 6 amazing singles will be pitched to a live audience by real friends
- Your ticket gets you a spot in the audience--and unlike other Met Through Friends events, you can come solo
- After pitches are over, you'll have a chance to mingle with the contestants (and maybe even score a date!)

Q: Can I apply to pitch a friend, or get pitched?

Q: Who's going to be getting pitched?

A: We do our best to curate a diverse array of contestants, but you can expect most of them to be in their late 20's to 30's (like most of our community). If you'd like to pitch or be pitched, send us an email at hello@met-through-friends.com for more information.

Q: Do I have to bring a +1 this time?

A: Nope! Because this isn't one of our traditional dating events, our normal rules don't apply. Feel free to come alone or with friends.

Q: Do I have to be single to attend?

A: Nope! Again, because this isn't a traditional dating event, you're welcome to attend if you want to support a contestant, accompany a single friend, or just celebrate love and friendship with us.

About the host: Elle Wilson is the founder of Met Through Friends and a certified dating coach. She started throwing singles parties for her real friends as a joke back in 2022, and now introduces hundreds of pairs of single friends to each other every month through Met Through Friends events. She sees herself as a wingman for her guests and clients, giving them the structure and support they need to make great new connections IRL.
