Once you arrive, stop by the registration desk. You will be provided a packet that will include your name badge. Only recipients will receive a name badge.

Can I pay at the door?

No, you must have an advance ticket for this event.

Can someone attend in my place?

No, the Pinnacle Award recipient is the honoree of the day. Only the recipient can attend.

Can I bring a guest?

Yes, up to (3) guest tickets are allowed. Guest tickets are $50 each.

Can my guest(s) sit with me?

Absolutely! There is no assigned seating

Can all the agents in my office sit together?

Yes, however, we do not have assigned tables and seating.

Is there free parking?

There is a 300-space parking lot on the grounds of the ballroom - parking is free. The layout and proximity of the property allow for easy drop-off and pick-up service. It is conveniently located with access to I-85. Map
