About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

This is an online support group for adults that struggle with hair pulling, skin picking, nail biting, or other body-focused repetitive behaviors (BFRBs). We meet via Zoom the first Thursday of every month.

If you struggle with BFRBs, please join us as we share our stories, support each other, discuss strategies to manage BFRBs, and practice acceptance. This group focuses on both exploring ways to decrease the unwanted behaviors as well as increasing acceptance of BFRBs (meaning you won't be pressured to quit or be pull/pick-free if that's not for you!), so it's a welcoming space for you wherever you're at in your BFRB journey.

Note: Please be on time for the meeting. Out of respect for participants, no one will be permitted to join later than 15 minutes past the start time.
