Here’s the Schedule to Get Your Sweat On:
- 10:00 AM: Doors Open. Grab a drink, explore the experience stations, and settle in.
- 10:30 AM: Morning Vinyasa Flow
- 11:00 AM: Power Pilates
- 11:30 AM: Dance Dance Baby!
- 12:00 PM: Bootcamp
- 12:30 PM: Boxing
- 1:00 PM: Deep Stretch & Restore
- 1:30 PM: Ending Mini Sound Bath (10 minutes to wind down)
- 2:00 PM: Event Ends
