Saratoga-born jazz clarinetist and saxophonist Smith runs Kansas Smitty’s jazz club in London and regularly plays there and at the historic Soho venue, Ronnie Scott’s. Pursuing the ground-breaking sound of Dave Brubeck, Smith is a conservatory-trained jazz and classical artist who leads his band with verve and virtuosity.
