During this special event, CEO Pastor Perry will introduce the Late Marstella Achievement Award, a new initiative created to honor the legacy of Marstella Perry Cater by recognizing outstanding young individuals who demonstrate excellence, leadership, and a commitment to making a difference in their communities.
