Join the Family Outdoor Adventure Club for our April Parents & Tykes Hike at the Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center!

This hike meetup is for kiddos 0-5 years old and their parents/caregivers. We'll meet at the big wooden chair outside of the Little Red Schoolhouse Nature Center for an introduction by one of the Center's naturalists followed by relaxed, meandering, out-and-back toddler-led hike. After the hike, we'll have an opportunity to meet an animal resident of the nature center and to connect over a BYO snack.

A few notes:

  • This event is capped at 25 participants. This includes all adults and walking children (babies do not need a ticket).
  • Strollers are welcome, though baby carriers might be easier if the trails are wet.
  • Older siblings are welcome, but we'll be going at toddler-pace.
  • The nature center has indoor bathrooms.
