Celebrate National Pet Month and enjoy an afternoon with fellow pet lovers! Memorialize your furried, feathered, or scaled loved one through a painting-tiny edition! We will be painting on tiny canvases that are 3x3 inches!

All art supplies are provided, but please bring a picture of your pet to use as a reference for painting! This class will be self led-we hope everyone has fun painting their pets in whatever style or color scheme they choose!

Due to limited availability of supplies, registration is required and limited and for adults only. Please register by calling Jessica at 313-481-1403 or email jbostian@detroitpubliclibrary.org to register! Only 30 spots available! If you'd like your pet's picture to be printed out beforehand, please include that in your email so Jessica can print it for you and include it in a slideshow!

Once event is sold out, this listing will be updated and a wait list created!

Event will take place from 3-5pm in the Galleria of the Main Branch of DPL. The large parking lot at the library (Putnam Street) is open and free to the public on Saturdays from 10am-6pm.
