About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Have you tried over and over again to control your eating and weight, but nothing has worked? Compulsive overeating, under-eating, food addiction, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, or over exercising … no matter your challenge with food or body image, you are welcome here.

We are a free and confidential fellowship for anyone struggling with food or trying to determine if they have food issues. We believe compulsive eating is a disease like alcoholism is a disease.

Our life-changing approach is physical, emotional, and spiritual, and based on the Twelve Steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA).

All meetings are free. All meetings are confidential and anonymous. No ticket actually required. Just show up.

Meeting: College Lounge room.

Meeting room directions:

1) Enter McDonough Hall from Northside Dr parking lot. Go straight down the hall past the unmanned reception desk and turn left. Alcove on your right, across from the elevator. The College Lounge:door on the right of alcove. Look for signs.
2) Enter from Mt Paran parking lot, take elevator to G (ground floor) and walk across the hall to alcove.
