Dr. Jenny Hartley is the Chief Medical Officer at Fora Health Treatment & Recovery. Previously, she served as the Medical Director & Director of Innovation at Fora, where she developed nationally recognized, innovative approaches to address the fentanyl crisis.

Dr. Hartley holds a Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, a Medical degree from the University of Vermont, a Doctorate in Anthropology from Brown University, and a Master’s in Oriental Medicine from the National University for Natural Medicine. Before joining Fora Health, she completed a fellowship in Addiction Medicine at OHSU. In recognition of her contributions, she has been honored as a Saint by the Portland Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence, The Order of Benevolent Bliss.
