Open Heart Yoga and Journaling
Join us for the fourth installment of our chakra series as we dive into healing our heart chakra! This 90 minute class will consist of a 45-50 minute power yoga flow followed by a 25 minute journaling practice to help you tap into self-love and love for othes. We will have the option to share our reflections before we close out the class.
We will meet on zoom and the link will be provided prior to the class, once you have registered. As always these classes are donation based as my goal is to create accessibility and provide a service to my community. This class is open to everyone regardless of experience and will offer modifications to fit multiple body types. Please share with anyone that you think would enjoy these classes and let me know if you have any questions!
For this class you will need:
- A yoga mat or a towel or blanket
- Blocks or bolsters(if you use them in your practice)
- A journal/pen/pencil
- Water or something to drink
- An open mind and heart

Yes! This class is open to everyone regardless of experience. There will be modifications to allow for all body types to join.
Yes! If you don't have a yoga mat, you can use a towel or a blanket. Many discount stores such as Tjmaxx or Marshall's sell yoga mats for less than $20.
Yes! We are all pulled in multiple directions, and sometimes cannot devote 90 minutes to anything! But 10-15 minutes is better than nothing. If you can only stay for part of the class, just let me know. We would love to have you!
