Join us for a rejuvenating online session of Chair Yoga and Bioscalar Activation Meditation! This event is perfect for those looking to relax and unwind from the comfort of their own home. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this session is suitable for all levels. Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that can be done while seated, making it accessible for everyone. The Bioscalar Activation Meditation will help you align your energy and promote a sense of well-being. Class will start with about 30 mins of gentle movement in a chair followed by a 30 min guided meditation. Don't miss out on this opportunity to take care of your mind, body, and spirit!

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a yoga mat?

I encourage you to place a yoga mat underneath your chair for added stability if you do have one. If not, just make sure that your chair isn't going to slide around on you as we move.

I've never done yoga, is this class suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! Chair yoga is a fantastic way to begin your yoga journey, especially if you're new to yoga or looking for a gentle, accessible practice. This class is designed for all levels, including beginners, and offers modified poses using a chair for support, making it easy to follow along.

Do I need any equipment for class?

All you will really need is a chair, preferably one that doesn't have side arms, but if that's what you have we can work with it. A mat underneath your chair is highly encouraged for safety. If you have blocks, straps, pillows, blankets, etc. that you'd use in your practice, have those nearby.

Caitlin Westgate is a certified 200-hour yoga teacher, sound healer, and Reiki practitioner with a deep passion for making yoga accessible to everyone. With a heart for inclusivity, she is passionate about creating supportive practices for those who may face mobility challenges, time constraints, or anxiety that may be an obstacle to getting to a studio.
