LB Heritage Presents: Ocean Boulevard at the Pike, Long Beach Architectural Walking Tour

Join us for an exciting in-person event where you can explore the rich history and stunning architecture of one of Long Beach's most interesting areas. Led by knowledgeable tour guides, you will stroll along Ocean Boulevard and learn about the unique buildings that overlooked the Pike amusement park that operated at the shoreline from 1902 to 1979. Be sure to arrive on time to begin your architectural adventure. The tour will start at the Terrace Theater Plaza at the intersection of Ocean Boulevard and Long Beach Boulevard.

On the 4th Saturday of each month, learn about the Long Beach Arena and its "whaling wall" mural, the newly restored Breakers, the adaptively reused Ocean Center Building, the Sovereign “own-your-own” apartment building, and more!
