About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

We’ll walk through dusk and into the night, listening to the sounds of nature after dark, especially the calls of frogs. The park closes at dusk, so this is a great opportunity to hike with Ranger Jonah at night. We will walk 2 miles, so wear appropriate footwear, dress for the weather, and bring a refillable water bottle, a flashlight or headlamp, and hiking sticks if you need them. Meet at the South Peachtree Creek trailhead near the Mason Mill Tennis Center (McConnell Dr & Mason Mill Rd). Due to the popularity of this hike, pre-registration is required, with a maximum of 25 participants.

This is not a program that is appropriate for dogs, so please leave your pup at home.

Organized by
