Preliminary Itinerary:

August 3, 2025: Day 1: Depart your group’s location in a spacious, video and restroom equipped motorcoach as you head for your destination: captivating, awe-inspiring Niagara Falls! This evening, you will check into an en route hotel and relax for the evening.

August 4, 2025: Day 2: Enjoy a Continental Breakfast before continuing towards your destination. Later, enjoy a relaxing Dinner and check into your Niagara Falls area hotel for four nights.

August 5, 2025: Day 3: Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before you begin a Guided Tour of the Niagara Falls area. Visit an engineering marvel, the Welland Shipping Canal and beautiful Queen Victoria Park – home of one of the world’s largest Floral Clocks. You’ll have Dinner this evening at a local restaurant.

August 6, 2025: Day 4: Enjoy a Continental Breakfast before departing for a Guided Tour of the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Toronto, Ontario. You will also visit Toronto’s majestic castle estate – Casa Loma! Later, you will dine at a local restaurant.

August 7, 2025: Day 5: Start the day with a Continental Breakfast before enjoying one of Niagara’s most popular and breath-taking attractions, a boat ride on a “Hornblower Niagara Cruise.” Sail near the base of the Horseshoe Falls and enjoy a truly awe-inspiring view of the mighty Niagara. Then, you’ll take a tour of historical Niagara-on-theLake, one of the prettiest towns in Canada and full of 19th century charm. Later, enjoy Dinner and a visit to exciting Fallsview Casino and get in some gaming action before returning to your hotel.

August 8, 2025: Day 6: Enjoy a Continental Breakfast before leaving for the Erie Maritime Museum. This evening, relax at your en route hotel.

August 9, 2025: Day 7: Today after enjoying a Continental Breakfast, you depart for home... a time to chat with your friends about all the fun things you’ve done, the great sights you’ve seen and where your next group trip will take you!

**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING WITH DREAM DESTINATIONS **

By booking a service with Dream Destinations, you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **No Refunds Policy**

Dream Destinations operates with a strict no-refund policy. Once a booking is confirmed, all payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, cancellations, delays, or changes due to the following:

- Travel delays or cancellations (including those caused by weather, natural disasters, or any other external factors)

- Traffic or transportation disruptions

- Mechanical failure or service interruptions by third-party vendors (e.g., airlines, tour company, bus company, hotels, ground transport providers)

- Personal circumstances, including illness or changes in travel plans by the Client

- Any other unforeseen events outside the control of Dream Destinations

2. **Responsibility for Third-Party Services**

Dream Destinations acts as an intermediary to book and arrange travel services. Dream Destinations LLC cannot be held responsible for delays, or liabilities arising from delays, as a result of acts of God, traffic and/or road conditions, highway construction, mechanical failure, detours, direction of highway enforcement personnel, dissatisfaction or any other condition beyond the direct control of Dream Destinations LLC, caused by third-party providers (such as airlines, hotels, bus companies, tour operators, etc.). In case of any service disruption or complaint related to third-party services, the Client agrees to address the issue directly with the provider, and Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any losses or inconveniences.

3. **Booking Modifications**

Any changes to a confirmed booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees imposed by third-party suppliers. The Client acknowledges that Dream Destinations cannot guarantee availability of any modifications or changes once the booking has been confirmed.

4. **Force Majeure**

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, political instability, pandemics, strikes, or natural disasters), Dream Destinations will not be held liable for any failure to provide services or for any disruptions to the Client’s travel plans.

5. **Travel Insurance**

Dream Destinations highly recommends that Clients purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including cancellations, interruptions, and other potential disruptions during travel. It is the Client's responsibility to ensure they have appropriate coverage. If you are interested, I will send a link to purchase your travel protection for this trip.
