Take your career to the next level and join Pennsylvania Women Work for our annual course in partnership with Development Dimensions International (DDI). During this two-day highly renowned course, working professionals, job-seekers, and those seeking career advancement, are invited to join us to improve their professional communication skills, collaboration tactics, and confidence in themselves.

This highly anticipated professional development course is an incredible opportunity to build critical professional skills at no charge! Next Level Career Development will take place Saturday, March 29, and Saturday, April 5, from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

During Next Level Career Development, participants will learn how to:

-Communicate more effectively with colleagues and customers and build trust, strengthen partnerships and achieve desired results.

-Effectively deliver and receive both positive and developmental feedback and accurately understand and interpret the speaker's intended message.

-Navigate beyond conflict by recognizing warning signs of problems, learning skills to take action to prevent situations from escalating, and de-escalating conflict.

-Identify what confidence looks like in the workplace, recognize when self-doubt is getting in the way, and radiate confidence.

-Overcome mistakes and failure in the workplace, learn from them, and move forward.
