Please bring a blanket and/or pillows for optimal comfort during our session. You may also bring a journal to capture any insights or reflections if you'd like. We recommend limiting caffeine consumption prior to this workshop to have the most soothing and effective experience.

Past Life sessions allow participants in a group or individually to explore questions such as:

Who am I?
Was I here before?
If so, where did I live and what did I do?
How are some of my past lives significant to my current life?

Will my past life experiences be shared with the group?

Your experience is deeply personal, so while we'll be in a group setting, each individual will be on their own journey. You may choose to share experiences with the group in discussion afterwards, but what you see or feel is completely private to you.
