Our annual conference will feature a Women in Cardiology program, CVT program, Fellows-in-Training program as well as nationally known speakers.

Exhibitor hours will include a Friday evening Welcome Reception, Breakfast & Breaks on Saturday & Sunday.

Once your exhibit request form is signed and submitted along with payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the reservations link.

*Rooms booked in the block without a PAID, confirmed exhibitor reservation will be removed from the NCCACC block and placed into general inventory at prevailing hotel rates.

What are the exhibitor hours?

Friday evening Welcome Reception, 5:00 - 7:00pm Breakfast & Breaks on Saturday & Sunday. Exhibitors must be at their exhibit table during these times.

When am I approved to exhibit?

Once your exhibit request form is signed and submitted along with payment you will receive a confirmation email. Both the exhibit request form and payment must be submitted by September 1 in order to secure your display spot. Request forms after Sept 1 will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
