Music for Youth and the Norwalk Youth Symphony are hosting an afternoon masterclass workshop on Performance Preparation for musicians. The public is invited to come to this workshop which will feature MFY emerging artists and a quartet from the NYS.

Daniel Pettrow is a director, actor and teacher based in New York. He frequently focuses on new and experimental creations while fostering collaborations with artists from different disciplines. He has been Director of Performance and Communication Training and Drama Teacher for the Heifetz International Music Institute since 2012.

He will be addressing these and other issues artists face presenting a concert or playing in an audition.

This masterclass is for any musician who wants to improve their performance skills.
