The presentation will cover: Mushrooms are a superfood, the mushroom life cycle, general health benefits, know your sources, culinary mushroom types, care/cooking tips, cooking demo. and samples, functional mushrooms, and how to determine quality.

Will this class be able to help me with health issues?

Accepted Answer

This class will be able to give you a general overview of the benefits of culinary and functional mushrooms. We cannot diagnose any health issues or recommend specific mushrooms to assist with healing.  You will be given resources to conduct your own in-depth research.

Question 3

What happens if I cannot attend after purchasing a ticket?

Accepted Answer

We understand that "life happens," however, we cannot offer refunds at this time. If you cannot attend for some reason let us know by phone or email.  We will hold the cost of your ticket(s) and apply it to another class or any of our fresh products.

Question 4

What type  fresh culinary mushrooms do you grow?

Accepted Answer

Our bespoke farm produces Lion's Mane, Blue, Italian, Golden, and King Oysters mushrooms that are enjoyed locally by many folks and restaurants. We also have great hints on how to cook and enjoy them.
