Mother’s Day can be complicated.

Whether you've lost a mother, are a mother who’s lost a child, are estranged from family, or just feel the weight of this day for any reason, this space is for you.

Join us for a quiet, supportive evening of sound and stillness.

We'll move gently through a guided meditation and a restorative sound bath designed to help settle the nervous system and soften the edges of grief.

Nothing will be asked of you. You don't have to share. You don’t have to be okay.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in, settle in, and get comfortable. We’ll begin promptly at 7 PM.

What does a sound bath feel like?

Many people feel deeply relaxed, peaceful, and restored. You might feel physical sensations, emotions, or simply drift into a meditative state. Each experience is unique!

Can kids come?

This event is designed for adults or older teens who are able to remain quiet and still for the hour. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out and ask!

Is this really donation-based?

Yes! We offer a $10–$20+ sliding scale so everyone can attend. Choose the price that feels right for your budget and your heart.
