About this event
Join your fellow North Carolina homeschool friends on May 9, 2025, at BanQ on Broad in Southern Pines for the 3rd Annual Moore County Homeschool Prom! This event is for rising 9th graders, sophomores, juniors and graduating seniors to celebrate the hard work you have put in during the school year!
Your ticket includes a buffet-style taco bar, (vegetarian options will be available), tea, leamonade and water. A raffle ticket for a special giveaway! Prom King and Queen will also be chosen at random from our attending seniors!
This year we are looking for a team of students and /or parents to volunteer helping to set up and clean up. If you are interested, please select the option when you are purchasing your ticket. Thank you so much for helping to make this a special event.
The Prom organizer and POC for information is Betsy Miller.
Please email mchomeschoolprom@gmail.com
TICKETS:
Each student attending will need to purchase a ticket and list their grade level. If you are bringing a guest they will also need to purchase a ticket. If your guest is not homeschooled, please provide their school and grade level when purchasing their ticket. Please note on your student ticket if you would like the vegetarian option for dinner.
CHAPERONES & PARENT MEALS:
MCHSP will only need 5 chaperones this year. Taglios, which is connected to BanQ on Broad, has graciously offered to remain open for parents to enjoy dinner from 6-7. If you plan on eating there, please select the TAGLIOS ticket. You will order and pay for what you want at the restaurant.
