Finding time for self-care can be challenging, especially for busy professionals and business owners. You're invited to find your calm with our "Mindful Moments: 15-Minute Recharge" sessions. Short guided meditations designed to help you recenter, refocus, and rejuvenate your mind and spirit.


Led by Simone, a certified Mindfulness teacher and fully trained teacher-in-training for The Compassion Institute's 8-week Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT) program, these sessions offer a unique opportunity to:

  • Bring balance to your hectic day
  • Develop skills for maintaining calm and mindfulness
  • Cultivate self-compassion and inner peace

These 15-minute meditations are offered three times per week, giving you the flexibility to choose the sessions that best fit your busy schedule. Whether you're a meditation novice or an experienced practitioner, these accessible sessions are tailored to accommodate all levels of experience.

Frequently asked questions

What time does the room open?

We'll open the room a few minutes before the hour, so feel free to arrive early and say hello. We'll take a few minutes to get everyone settled in, and then begin the meditation about five minutes after the hour.

Do I need to have my video on?

Yes. For the safety of all participants, it is important that all participants can see who is watching.

Is there anything else I need to be aware of?

Yes. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will not be admitted due to disruption to the mindfulness practice already in progress. Thank you for understanding.

Do I need to know how to meditate?

No. Come as you are, whether you are experienced with your own practice or brand new to meditation and mindfulness practices.

What if I feel uncomfortable?

Your comfort and safety is always the top priority. If at any time you feel a sense of overwhelm, please step back mentally and focus on your breath. If you find you need to hop off, that is okay too.

Are there any guidelines?

Please leave your camera on at all times for the safety of all in the room. Also, please be respectful, practice confidentiality, and plan to be in a quiet space. Be kind. Inappropriate actions or comments of harrassment will result in immediate removal from the session.

Do I need to register?

Yes. It is important to register so individuals are not able to "pop-in" during a meditation already in process, as well as to create a safe and healthy environment for all.
