  • Event lasts 1 hour

Understanding and supporting youth mental health is essential for building resilience and well-being. This presentation provides youth and caregivers with the tools to navigate mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and foster open conversations. We will explore what mental health is and how to address mental health needs. Participants will gain insight into common adolescent struggles, such as stress, anxiety, and depression, and learn practical strategies for discussing mental health in a way that promotes trust and understanding. Additionally, we will cover effective self-care techniques and share key resources to ensure youth and caregivers feel empowered to seek support when needed.

Whether you are a young person looking for guidance or a caregiver seeking ways to provide meaningful support, this session will equip you with the knowledge and skills to promote mental well-being in a supportive and informed way.
