About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 45 minutes

Join us for Mind in Motion, a free three-part series designed to help you build emotional resilience, reduce stress, and express yourself through movement. Led by LaBarron Burwell (mindfulness facilitator) and Tori B (dance instructor), this program blends mindfulness with dance to create a powerful, uplifting experience. No experience is needed—just come as you are. You’ll learn simple techniques to feel more relaxed and focused while connecting with others in a fun and welcoming space. Through movement, you’ll have the opportunity to release tension and empower yourself, while discovering how to move your body in a way that feels freeing and invigorating.

Each session includes a guided mindfulness practice to help you manage stress and stay present, a movement-based session designed to build confi dence and emotional strength, and a supportive space to explore new ways to care for your mind and body.
