Join us for an evening focused on achieving balance in mental and physical health through research, wellness strategies, and community-driven science.

Hosted at San Diego State University, this event brings together researchers, health experts, and community members to discuss the interconnectedness of mental and physical well-being. Explore how tools like fitness trackers, mental health kits, and inclusive health research programs like All of Us can empower individuals to improve their overall wellness. Health librarians, researchers, and advocates will share not only their insights, but also how you can get involved in health practices and research.
