About the Workshop
You can feel it when a meeting is truly successful – everyone leaves with a sense of accomplishment, they can feel how they’ve contributed to the team’s progress, and they’re clear and excited about what comes next. In this workshop, you will explore the connection between techniques and results and try out a few common techniques that will help you prioritize and decide as a team.

- 110-minute facilitated workshop
- Participants will receive an exclusive resource and tool and a curated list of public resources to continue your learning
What else do you need to know?
- Our workshops are capped at 10 participants so that we can get the most out of our time together. We’ll engage deeply with the content and each other, try things out, and make plans for integrating the learning in your daily life.
- This workshop uses a Zoom whiteboard – if that’s new to you, consider exploring a basic tutorial. We will also explain key features as we use them.
