Appropriate exercises to maintain and enhance your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Our experts will provide you with safe and effective exercises that are tailored to your individual needs and limitations.

Technique

Techniques to handle common challenges such as frustration, fatigue, isolation, and poor sleep. You will learn practical strategies to deal with these issues and improve your daily life.

Medication

Proper use of medications. We will educate you on how to take medications as prescribed and manage any potential side effects.

Communication

Effective communication with family, friends, and healthcare professionals. You will learn how to express your needs, ask questions, and make informed decisions about your health.

Nutrition

Nutrition tips to help you make healthy food choices that support your overall well-being.

Balance

Techniques to pace your activities and identify when to rest. We will help you find a balance between activity and rest that works for you.

Treatment

Evaluation of new treatments. We will provide you with the tools to assess new treatments and therapies that may be relevant to your condition.

Self-Care

Self-care while caring for others. We will teach you how to prioritize your own needs and well-being while caring for a loved one with a chronic illness.
