I'm unable to attend, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately there are no refunds but you can transfer your ticket to a different name. To do so, email cayla@smartscout.com with the following information: Your ticket number, First Name, Last Name and the Email, First Name and Last Name of the person taking your ticket.
