About this event

* This event is in person*

Are you experiencing anxiety, uncertainty, or apprehension of the future? Whether you are feeling stuck, stagnant, unsettled, or a complete ball of nerves, this is the group for you. If you are looking for a safe place to process your fears, healthy ways to manage stress and anxiety, and connect with people who support you on your journey, please attend this group. In these uncertain times, we are all experiencing some level of anxiety and could use some extra support. This group is led by Kristen Murphy , a pre-licensed professional therapist with over 20 years of experience and a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology.

In this group, we will offer meditation, mindfulness, guided imagery, and other techniques to assist in finding inner peace. We will find safety and security within, as we become more conscientious of our own bodies, minds, and breath.

Please respond to the confirmation email that you receive prior to the group. If we do not receive enough confirmations, we may cancel the group.

This is an invitation to network with like-minded people who can relate to similar situations, learn new coping techniques, develop a sense of inner peace, and become more conscious in an unconscious world. Please bring a friend!

By registering for a workshop you will be added to our monthly newsletter. If you would like to unsubscribe, please do so upon receiving the first newsletter or send us an email now at pillarsoflight1111@gmail.com

Pillars of Light and Love is a non-profit founded in 2014 by Kathy Opperman which is focused on Stress and Life Management ages 5 to adult. Our goal is to educate youth and adults to reduce stress, strengthen self-esteem, overcome anxiety, build confidence, achieve effective coping, positive communication skills, resilience and healthy relationships. We expanded our mission to include programs for those with special needs in 2023 by opening the So Much to Give Inclusive Cafe and the So Much to Give Inspiration Studio.
