Where can I find my tickets?

Package Ticket confirmation will be sent via email from Eventbrite after purchase. You will need to provide your Eventbrite receipt to the The Castle box office to pick up tickets at will call. Dining Reservations will be made at Maggiano's - Boston, 2 hours after package start.

Where do I go for Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition?

The exhibition will showcase at Saunders Castle at Park Plaza. Please arrive at your package start time. Ticket confirmation will be sent via email from Eventbrite. You will need to provide your Eventbrite receipt. For directions, parking and additional information, please visit titanicboston.us.

How long should I plan for the exhibit?

Time inside the Exhibit varies by person. Many take 1.5 hours to experience Titanic, however there is no time limit once you have entered.

Can I choose the luncheon menu for a dinner time reservation?

Not through Eventbrite ticketing, but please contact the restaurant, 617-542-3456, or let you server know of any allergies or dietary restrictions upon arrival to Maggiano's. One of our Chef's will ensure a delicious meal.

What if I'm running late to Maggiano's?

You reservation is confirmed with ticket purchase but please feel free to contact our Host Stand at 617-542-3456 to update your reservation.
