About the Speaker:

Amy Doerflinger is a strategic Senior Leader who focuses on creating Leadership, Learning & Development programs and experiences for colleagues at Edward Jones.

Amy has been a senior manager who stood up a Digital Agile Coaching community, a Product Agile Center of Excellence, and was responsible for hiring a team of Data Analysts all to support the creating and growth of the Digital Product Management Capability.

Prior to Joining Edward Jones in April of 2021, she lead multi-million dollar projects and programs at The Boeing Company for ten years as well as being a Senior Manager in HR for their agile transformation efforts.

Amy has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Charleston Southern University and holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Leadership from City University of Seattle. She has also obtained a Project Management Certificate and multiple Agile Certificates.

Amy resides on Saint Helena Island, SC. She sits on the board of the Beaufort Digital Corridor and is a Loggerhead Sea Turtle Volunteer on the beach where she lives.
