Going on our 13th year, Lubbock Pride Fest is excited to be back for our annual LGBTQ+ festival that combines booths, activities, entertainers, and food trucks for a day of fun and celebration. We bring together locals, families, community groups, and local businesses.

Pride Fest will take place on Saturday, June 28th. The festival area is in the Lubbock Art District at LHUCA Plaza on 5th Street and Avenue J.

Booth Pricing Schedule


Tier 1: February 13 - March 31

  • Non-Profit Organizations - Free
  • Social, Advocacy, or Political Group - $50
  • Business - $75
  • Food Trucks - $30


Tier 2: April 1 - May 15

  • Non-Profit Organizations - $25
  • Social, Advocacy, or Political Group - $75
  • Business - $100
  • Food Trucks - $30


Tier 3: May 16 - June 15

  • Non-Profit Organizations - $50
  • Social, Advocacy, or Political Group - $100
  • Business - $125
  • Food Trucks - $30

Frequently asked questions

Does my registration include a tent, tables, chairs, power?

Vendor registration only includes your allotted spot. You may bring your own tent, tables, and chairs.

What is the size of one booth?

One booth space is 10' x 10' open on 4 sides. All set ups and displays must be contained within your booth space. If you need more than one space, you may add up to 2 additional spaces to your registration, for an additional fee.

How do I register?

All vendors must register through this Eventbrite before June 15, 11:30 PM

Do I have to submit payment during the registration process?

Payment is required to accompany your registration in order for it to be considered complete. All credit card payments are subject to the following fees: 3.7% + $1.79 Service Fee per registration, and a 2.9% Payment Processing fee.

Can I pay with cash or check on-site when I arrive?

No. Payment must be made online at the time of registration.

When will I be notified about my booth location?

Booth locations will be finalized after vendor registration closes. All confirmed vendors will be notified of their booth locations 48 hours prior to the event.
