LO Ventura | Caminata Bilingüe Reserva Harmon Canyon

Disfrute de una excursión guiada bilingüe de 3 km en la Reserva del Cañón Harmon, explorando senderos panorámicos a través de colinas onduladas y robledales. Dirigida tanto en inglés como en español, esta caminata moderada ofrece impresionantes vistas de la costa, fauna diversa y una visión de la historia natural de la zona. ¡Perfecto para los amantes de la naturaleza y las familias que buscan una aventura educativa al aire libre! 🌿🚶‍♂️

La caminata se realiza en colaboración con Ventura Land Trust y tendrá lugar por la tarde, cuando el calor disminuya.

Traiga agua y cualquier tentempié que le sirva de combustible durante la caminata, y lleve calzado cómodo de senderismo con sujeción para los tobillos y buen agarre. 🥾

Disfruta de las flores silvestres y pasa un rato divertido en comunidad.

Hay mucho aparcamiento gratuito antes del inicio del sendero. Si va hacia el oeste por Foothill Rd, gire a la derecha en McVittie Pl, luego gire inmediatamente a la derecha en la primera entrada. Verá plazas de aparcamiento.

Si va hacia el este por Foothill Rd, gire a la izquierda en McVittie Pl, luego inmediatamente a la derecha en el camino de tierra. Verá plazas de aparcamiento.

Enjoy a 2.5-3 mile bilingual guided hike at Harmon Canyon Reserve, exploring scenic trails through rolling hills and oak groves. Led in both English and Spanish, this moderate hike offers stunning coastal views, diverse wildlife, and insights into the area's natural history. Perfect for nature lovers and families looking for an educational outdoor adventure! 🌿🚶‍♂️

The hike is in partnership with the Venutara Land Trust, and will take place in the afternoon as the heat decreases.

Bring water and any snacks that fuel you during the hike, and wear comfortable hiking shoes with ankle support and good grip. 🥾

Expect lots of wildflowers and a fun time in community!

There is plenty of free parking before the trailhead. Going west on Foothill Rd, turn right on McVittie Pl, then make an immediate right onto the dirt road. You will see parking spaces.

Going east on Foothill Rd, make a left on McVittie Pl, then an immediate right onto the dirt road. You will see parking spaces.
