Frequently asked questions

Who can attend this social?

Most appropriate for parents with children age 0-36 mos old. The education from this social is catered to parents with a child under the age of 36 mo. We ask for a maximum of 2 adults per child.

Can I bring a grandparent/friend?

To keep this social more intimate and comfortable for our families, we ask that only 1-2 parents or guardians attend per child. If you want to bring someone who is not a biological parent/guardian please contact our offices.

What information do I need to provide to attend this social?

Name, email, & phone number are required so that we can contact you. Additional info is required to attend workshop. Additional questions must be filled out prior to attending. This will assist in understanding your eligibility & getting you set up in our material assistance program.

What type of materials are available for registered attendees?

Latched Support may offer 1 free pack of diapers, baby wipes, information packets, & 1 infant accessory (as available). 1 accessory per family while supplies last.

What if I have an older child?

If your child is older than 36 mos, the education and activities may not apply. If possible, we ask that only children under 36 mos attend this specific social.

Can I arrive after scheduled start time?

Admittance to any educational event, social, or workshop closes 15 minutes after scheduled start time. This is to ensure that everyone receives the full education & activities. If you are running more than 15 minutes late, we ask that you contact our offices to reschedule or discuss other events.

Do I have to pay for anything/what are the requirements?

ALL events, workshops, &socials hosted by Latched Support are always free. There is no income requirement. The only requirement is that you are pregnant or a parent of a child under the age of 36 months & reside in a Texas area code.

Do I need a ticket?

We ask that all attending adults have a ticket. Tickets are not confirmed unless you confirm with a Latched staff member. If you have not confirmed your ticket through email, phone, or text, please contact offices at 210-504-8015. If you do not confirm, your ticket may be refunded.

What if I have other questions or concerns?

Please contact our offices and leave a message with any other concerns. If you do not leave a message, we are unable to return your call.
