About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes

Since 1972, SPOP has been serving older adults in the NYC community, aiming to enhance their quality of life and to foster their independent living through the delivery of comprehensive mental health and supportive services, advocacy, and education. We will also be joined by library staff and want to hear from you about ideas for future programming and fostering more community for older adults!

Organized by

The Harlem Library has been welcoming community residents since 1826, when Harlem was an isolated village. The library was one of the first to be incorporated into the extensive New York Public Library branch system. Open to all, the library regularly hosts free programs on a variety of topics for patrons of all ages.
