Where: Nashville Airport Marriott (full-service with complimentary airport shuttle)

Pre-Planned Weekend Itinerary:

Friday (Day 1):

Meet & Greet- @Barstool Nashville 7p-9pm
9p-11p - Party Bus Downtown

Saturday (Day 2):

Whiskey/Distillery Tour -Leave hotel 10am
Arrive @ Jack Daniel’s @12noon
Arrive @ Uncle Nearest @3p
Leave approx 6p to head back to hotel

Sunday (Day 3):

African American Music Museum -1pm
Farewell Dinner- Restaurant TBD @8p

Monday (Day 4): Depart to head back to our final destination

Full Weekend Package Details:

Package prices include: 3-night stay at Marriott Nashville Airport, transportation to/from the , airport included, Friday night party bus, Saturday Uncle Nearest, and Jack Daniel’s tour with transportation.

$719 per person- Double Occupancy (1 King or 2 Queens)

$1019 Single Occupancy (1 King)

Package prices include: 2-night stay(Fri-Sun) at Marriott Nashville Airport, transportation to/from the airport included, Friday night party bus, Saturday Uncle Nearest, and Jack Daniel’s tour with transportation.

$619 per person- Double Occupancy (1 King or 2 Queens)
$819 Single Occupancy (1 King)

Deposit and Final Payment Details:

Initial Deposit for all packages:

$150 per person due February 15th, 2025

All deposits are non-refundable but transferable. This is to secure your spacing and secure event activities and transportation!

Final payment is due April 6th, 2025

*Bi-weekly/Monthly payment plans will be arranged until full package pricing has been paid in full.*

YOU MUST BE 21+ and up to attend ALL Events.... (No Exceptions)

Hotel & Event Cancellation Policy:

-Deposit is non -refundable.

-If you're needing to cancel 30 days or less prior to trip 50% of trip/event cost is non-refundable.

-14 days or less prior to trip is 100% non refundable

Travel insurance is HIGHLY recommended.
