We welcome you to join us for the Leading Together: Women's Empowerment Summit at Montclair State University. Experience a powerful presentation led by renowned Consultant, Leadership Coach and Wellness Advocate, Joanne Bowman (followed by a short Q & A session). This inspiring event will celebrate and empower women to reach their full potential through engaging discussions on effective leadership, cultivating meaningful relationships, and fostering growth.

On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, doors open at 4:00 PM in the Presentation Hall at the School of Communication & Media. While building lasting connections, visit and support our Women's Marketplace featuring local entrepreneurs. Don't miss this unforgettable day of empowerment and community!

Auditorium seating is on a first come, first served basis. The discussion can be viewed in the auditorium as well as on the monitors in the hall of the School of Communication and Media.

What to expect:

• Women's Marketplace featuring local entrepreneurs opens at 4:00pm
• Inspiring Presentation and Q&A from 6:00 - 7:00pm
• Women's Marketplace available until 8:00pm

About the Speaker

Joanne Bowman is a seasoned Organizational Consultant, Leadership Coach, and Wellness Advocate with over 25 years of experience working with diverse organizations, including higher education, nonprofits, and community-based organizations. Through her company, EverWell Compass, Joanne provides personalized coaching and strategic consulting to help individuals and organizations align their career, health, organization and leadership practices with their goals and mission. Her work centers on promoting holistic well-being, fostering inclusive and adaptable organizational cultures, and developing mindful leaders. Joanne holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Psychology and Change Management from Teachers College Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree from Montclair State University where she majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
