HOW IT WORKS:

Standard Check-In Times:

- Check-in begins 30 minutes before selected departure time

Standard Shuttle Departure Times:

- Slot 1: 4:00 PM (FRI) / 5:30 PM (SAT & SUN)

- Slot 2: 6:30 PM (FRI) / 8:00 PM (SAT & SUN)

- Slot 3: 9:00 PM (FRI) / 10:00 PM (SAT & SUN)

🏨 Nearby Hotels: Resort World, Fontainebleau, Wynn, Encore, Hilton Grand, Circus Circus, Sahara & more!

🚋 Not Nearby? The Las Vegas Tram runs every 5 minutes, reaching Westgate in just 5-15 minutes from anywhere on the Strip.

Are Drinks Included in The Package?

Yes drinks are included in the package for those 21+.

What will be the free drinks on the shuttles to edc?

On the shuttles to edc, we provide vodka, tequila, and rum, for those passengers 21+ heading towards the festival. On the way back, we make sure to provide you are water so you can hydrate properly!

Is the pricing per group or per person?

Yes, Pricing is per person.

I have already bought ticket, can I still change the departure or return time later on?

Yes, we will try our best to be flexible about the time. We understand that at times you may want to leave earlier or later due to show list. In these circumstances there will also be a dispatcher available you all will be able to text and request a time slot update which must be approved.

Can I be picked-up/dropped-off at my hotel?

No, we have a designated pickup/dropoff point located at Westgate Hotel 3000 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109, United States

Me and my group purchased tickets separately, can we all be on the same bus?

Yes of course, we want your group to be intact and together in one bus so you will enjoy the time while traveling. Upon check-in we will always ask how many people are in your group to make sure of this.

How long will it take for the shuttles to arrive at EDC Las Vegas location?

Rides depends on traffic they can range between 1-2 hrs on average. Our drivers are experienced and try to make sure we take the fastest most efficient way to the festival.

Upon Return Time, where will be able to find the shuttles to leave EDC?

At Gate P, the same location we drop you off at during arrival to EDC. We will have staff and signage right outside of the gates to begin loading you all up for the next available vehicle to leave.

Are you connected with EDC?

No, We’re Unaffiliated w/ or Endorsed By Insomniac & EDC! We are a 3rd party company that provide transportation services.

What if we run late for the departure/return time?

Simply message/call us we try our best to make sure no one gets left behind. We also provide a WhatsApp channel throughout the weekend for frequent updates and notifications.

Wristbands are handed out in the first day please arrive 45 - 1hr before on Day 1 in advance for checkin.

Are the restrooms on board?
