KUNDALINI YOGA IS KNOWN AS THE YOGA OF AWARENESS.

The practice consists of breathwork, repetitive movements to help faciltate the flow of energy (balancing the nervous/glandular systems) and includes a meditation and gong bath for relaxation. Experience the upliftment, energy and peace of Kundalini Yoga!

Directions: Building is Grand River Financial Partners, second floor yoga studio space.

Natalie Courtney is a Transformative Wellness Practitioner. She integrates breath-work, meditation, kundalini yoga and sound healing into her classes and private sessions. Natalie aims to support clients in achieving holistic wellness, transforming their lives on emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels.

Natalie is an E-RYT 500 Hatha teacher, Kundalini teacher and a Certified Sound Practitioner. She is also a continuing education provider with Yoga Alliance.
