About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Facilitator: Ruthe

Kitchen gardening isn't just limited to hydroponics! This monthly program will focus on how you can use simple scraps from foods you already eat to propagate new plants in your own home. From avocados to celery, you may be surprised by what you can grow from your usual groceries!

You will receive a confirmation email that includes the Zoom link for your program, and the reminder emails each week will also contain the Zoom link.

If this is your first time accessing Zoom, or if you need a refresher, we’ve put together a few resources from around the web that should help!

  • Here is a guide on the basics from Zoom: https://youtu.be/pAMDxH_H_Cs
  • If you are using your phone or a tablet, the easiest way to access Zoom is by downloading the Zoom app, as shown here: https://youtu.be/0NBARnBxk-Y (Note that while this video shows an iPhone, other phones will have a similar process. The “App Store” for Android phones is called the “Play Store” or “Google Play Store.”)
