Note: We’re working to confirm permits and may adjust trail locations. If any changes occur, registered participants will be notified ASAP.

What to Bring
- Mountain bike in safe, working order (knobby tires, gears, front/rear brakes)
- Helmet (required)
- Flat-soled shoes (no sandals)
- Backpack (water, lunch, snack, an extra layer)
- Knee/elbow pads (optional, recommended for newer riders)

Daily At a Glance:
10:00 AM – Check-in, Warm-up Game & Goal-Setting
We kick things off with fun games, group introductions, and a bike safety check. We’ll set ride goals for the day and take a moment for a group prayer for safety (participation optional).
10:30 AM – Skills & Drills
Coaches lead small-group skill games focused on MTB fundamentals, using play-based learning to build confidence before we hit the trails.
11:15 AM – First Big Ride
Quick break, then we head out to explore new trails, practicing skills and tackling level-appropriate challenges.
12:30 PM – Lunch & Early Pickup Option
Picnic-style lunch (bring your own!). Parents can pick up riders early between 12:30-1:00 PM.
1:15 PM – Second Trail Ride
We roll out for another adventure, focusing on key skills while keeping the fun flowing.
2:30 PM – Team Challenges & Skills Games
We play on-bike and off-bike games designed to build skills, teamwork, and confidence.
3:30 PM – Recap
We wrap up with trail talk, highlights, and gratitude.
4:00 PM – Pickup
Certified Coaching & Rider Safety
All coaches are PMBIA-certified (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association).
We maintain a 1:6 coach-to-rider ratio—for every 6 kids, there will be one coach to ensure personalized instruction and safety.
Weather Policy
If weather conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, storms, extreme temperatures, etc.), camp will be canceled for that day. We will not reschedule but will continue with the next scheduled day, weather permitting. All registered participants will receive a full refund for any canceled ride due to inclement weather.
